The Pearl-Qatar is a unique and innovative mixed-use urban development in Doha, Qatar. Tickles & Giggles, a kids’ party and play destination is equally set to become the most sought-after place in Doha for kids’ enjoyment and the celebration of happy childhood.

Among the recent new openings in Medina Centrale; the much-anticipated Novo Imax cinema complex offering an unmatched movie watching experience in Qatar, the renowned premium supermarket brand Spinneys, and the casual restaurants Fat Burger and Nando’s both answering to a large public eager to experience casual dining against the glamorous backdrop of The Pearl-Qatar island.

Development of The Pearl-Qatar’s 10 precincts is well underway. Upon completion, approximately 19,000 residential dwellings will be in use on the Island.
