Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Development Company
A Qatari national, with a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, and accounting from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ahmed bin Ali Al-Hammadi serves as the Director General of the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority.
He has held several senior positions, including Head of Investment – Europe, Russia, and Turkey Region, and Supervisor of Direct Investments in Europe, Russia, and Turkey at the Qatar Investment Authority.
His Excellency has extensive and diverse experience in business and commerce. Before joining the Qatar Investment Authority, he served as Vice President of Asset Management at EFG Hermes Qatar. He also gained valuable experience at Booz & Company as a financial services consultant, focusing on strategy, private equity investment opportunities, and organizational structures.
Mr. Al-Hammadi holds several board memberships both within and outside Qatar. Internationally, he is a board member of Heathrow Airport in London. Locally, he chairs the boards of United Development Company and Qatar Cool and serves as Vice Chairman of Qatar Electricity and Water Company. He is also a board member of ALRAYAN Bank, Industries Qatar, Qatar Stock Exchange, and Ooredoo Group.
In 2019, he was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Non-Independent Member: Representative of Al-Fardan Group

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Development Company 
A Qatari national, with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Portland State. He is currently the Vice Chairman of Al Fardan Group and CEO of Al Fardan Jewellery Company. Additionally, he is a partner at Al Shuwaifat International School, Chairman of Dana Qatar and Dana Education Company, and the CEO and Founder of Al-Fardan Jewellery. He also serves as a Board Member of Qatar Insurance Company and Al-Fardan Investment Company and a board member in Qatar Cool.

A Qatari national with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Sacramento, California, U.S., Mr. Al Mana has been the Chief Executive Officer of Al Mana Holding Group. His scope of work includes serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dukhan Bank, and as a Board Member of the First Investor.

A Qatari national with a university degree in Education, specializing in Biology from Qatar University. He currently serves as President of the Asian Gymnastics Federation. Additionally, he is the President of Msaimeer Sports Club, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Black Arrow for Security Services and Systems, and Chairman of Sports Village. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Woqod.

A Qatari national, with a master's degree in finance and accounting from the University of Southampton (United Kingdom) and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Qatar University.
He currently serves as the Head of the Financial Affairs Authority at the Ministry of Defense. He is also a board member of ALRAYAN Bank and Vodafone Qatar.
He has extensive professional experience, having previously held numerous positions within the state.

Advisor to the Board of Directors of the United Development Company
A Qatari national with an MBA from the American University of Beirut and a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Southern California.
He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of United Development Company from 2015 to 2024. He is currently a board member of Qatar Insurance Company and Commercial Bank.

A Qatari national, with a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham (United Kingdom) and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Cardiff University (United Kingdom).

He has extensive professional experience across various sectors in the country. He currently serves as the Minister of Municipality and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Qatar Diar Real Estate Investment Company. Additionally, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Barwa Real Estate and the Vice Chairman of Al Sadd Sports Club.
