Giardino Mall will have three floors. The basement floor will house prayer rooms along with a parking area to accommodate approximately 162 cars.
The ground floor will consist of a hypermarket, public areas and 44 car parks as well as various retail shops, while the first floor will house a department store, office space and more retail shops.

Floresta Galleria retail center will be located within walking distance to the residences of Floresta Gardens precinct. From daily grocery retail space to food and beverage, Floresta Galleria shall satisfy residences’ day-to-day living needs and requirements including prayer rooms, pharmacy and post office. The total land area is 3,500 sqm and the built-up area is approximately 3,700 sqm with a leasable area approximately 1,500 sqm.
Floresta Galleria will have three floors. The ground floor will house a hypermarket, various retail shops and a parking area to accommodate approximately 27 cars, while the first floor will have additional retail outlets.
Floresta Gardens, the Mediterranean-inspired precinct, offers a variety of community living options with beautiful waterfront and public realm views and access to a retail center and facilities.

Once completed, Floresta Gardens will accommodate 5,000 residents within 10 mid-rise residential towers and 115 villas from three gated villa compounds.

Each compound will consist of standalone and semi-attached villas with access to facilities that include a club house, swimming pools and green spaces among other amenities. Residents of the gated compounds will also enjoy access to a retail center that serves Floresta Gardens Precinct.
Located in the south of Floresta Gardens, the first compound will comprise eight standalone villas, each consisting of a swimming pool and built up area of 500 sqm, along with 40 semi-attached villas, each comprising a built-up area of 420 sqm and a swimming pool, in addition to a 500 sqm club house.

Situated north of the first compound, the second compound will consist of 11 standalone villas featuring a swimming pool and a 500 sqm built up area along with 24 semi-attached villas, each consisting of a built-up area of 420 sqm, in addition to a 500 sqm club house.

The third and last compound, located north of the second compound, will be home to six 500 sqm standalone villas featuring swimming pools and 25 row villas each consisting of a built-up area of 380 sqm, in addition to a 500 sqm club house.

Gewan Island, UDC’s latest real-estate project, is situated next to The Pearl Island, spanning 400,000 sqm. Once completed, the Island will accommodate 3,500 residents and a similar number of daily visitors. Gewan Island will be home to 586 apartments, 21 beachfront villas with private beach, 26 waterfront villas that are equipped with private pontoons for private boats, and six independent island mansions, in addition to 11,000 sqm of retail spaces and 15 multi-use buildings.
